§ 1. General provisions
The service provider is Mets sp. z o.o. (in organisation), ul. Prosta 1, 00-001 Warsaw, Poland, email: support@mets.ulewicz.space.
These terms are made available free of charge in a form that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and stored, in particular by printing or saving to disk.
§ 2. Definitions
- Service — the Mets website and web application available in the browser;
- User — anyone using the Service, with or without an account;
- Account — a User's personal profile protected by an email and password or by sign-in through an identity provider;
- Host — a User who creates and manages a meeting or webinar;
- Guest — a person who joins a meeting without an Account, with the Host's permission;
- Organisation — a business or institution using the Service under the Business or Enterprise plan;
- Consumer — a natural person entering into a contract not directly related to their business or profession.
§ 3. Services
Through the Service we provide in particular:
- an Account and a dashboard with meeting history, recordings and folders;
- hosting and joining video meetings, including as a Guest;
- live captions, transcripts, translations and meeting summaries;
- screen sharing, chat and a shared whiteboard;
- webinars with attendee registration, Q&A and moderated chat;
- meeting recording (on plans that include it).
§ 4. Technical requirements
To use the Service you need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser that supports WebRTC (e.g. the last two major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari), plus a microphone and camera to take part with audio and video. We recommend a connection of at least 2 Mbps.
No additional software is required. Using the internet carries common risks (such as malware or phishing) — we recommend keeping your system up to date and being careful with suspicious links.
§ 5. Account and registration
The agreement for an Account is concluded when you confirm your email address or first sign in through an identity provider, and runs for an indefinite period. Accounts on the Free plan are free of charge.
Users must provide accurate information and keep their password safe. You must be at least 16 years old to create an Account.
§ 6. Acceptable use
You must not provide unlawful content and in particular you must not:
- record or share meeting content without the required consent of participants;
- infringe copyright, personal rights or trade secrets;
- distribute content inciting violence or hatred, or depicting child abuse;
- send spam, attempt to break security, bypass limits or overload the infrastructure;
- impersonate other people or organisations.
§ 7. Meetings, recordings and webinars
The Host decides on and is responsible for meeting settings (waiting room, password, encryption, guest access). By starting a recording or transcription, the Host confirms they have informed participants and — where required by law — obtained their consent. The recording indicator is visible to every participant.
Automatically generated summaries and translations may contain inaccuracies; verify them before relying on them for important decisions.
§ 8. Paid plans and payments
Current prices and plan features are shown on the Pricing page. Prices in PLN are gross prices for Consumers and net prices (plus VAT) for businesses; prices in EUR apply to customers outside Poland.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Invoices are issued electronically.
§ 9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the Service running without interruption, but short maintenance breaks may occur, which we announce in advance where possible. For Business and Enterprise plans, availability (SLA) may be set out in a separate agreement.
We are not responsible for content shared by Users during meetings. Towards businesses, Mets' liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months, except for wilful misconduct. This limitation does not apply to Consumers.
§ 10. Complaints
Complaints about the Service can be sent to support@mets.ulewicz.space. Please include a description of the problem, when it happened and your Account email.
We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt and reply to the email address they were sent from.
§ 11. Consumer rights
A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason, by sending a statement to support@mets.ulewicz.space. If the Consumer asked us to start providing the service before that period ends, they pay for the services provided until withdrawal.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example through a consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection. Provisions less favourable to Consumers than mandatory law do not apply.
§ 12. Termination
You can delete your Account at any time in settings — deletion terminates the agreement. Before deleting, you can download your recordings and transcripts.
We may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice for important reasons, in particular a serious breach of these terms. In case of serious violations (e.g. unlawful content) we may block access to the Account immediately, stating the reason.
§ 13. Final provisions
We announce changes to these terms at least 14 days in advance. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Consumer Rights Act. This does not deprive Consumers of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
Disputes with businesses are resolved by the court competent for Mets' registered office.
